Terms of Service

  • Payment must be provided in full prior to beginning the commission.

  • For current commissions, I am accepting contributions to my Throne Wishlist for fundraising. (Nintendo Switch + Games)

  • I will send progress images throughout the commission process if requested. (Sketch, Lineart, Flat Colors, Shaded, Finished Image)

  • I have the right to refuse taking any commission at any time.

  • If you repost/share/use the commission in a public manner such as streaming, you must credit my work. Ex: Artwork was made by @Talyn_Dr33murr999

  • I will not change my drawing style for a commission (not including my Paper Mario Style). This includes fanart commissions.

  • I do not take art trades as a substitute for payment. Art trades are open separately on my DeviantArt page.

  • Commission payments are non-refundable.

  • Please do not commission me if you need your money for other expenses. Your well-being comes first.

  • If you decide to commission me, please contact me first prior to payment so we can discuss the final price and possible details about your desired art piece.
